All of our marshmallows are made with real cane sugar, for a crisper "sweet" and a better aftertaste. Gluten-Free and made with Kosher ingredients. Each box of 16 marshmallows is packaged in lovingly letter-pressed, American-made paper.

Cane sugar, kosher gelatin, pure mint extract (alcohol, peppermint oil, spearmint oil), confection sugar (sugar, cornstarch), cream of tartar, blue food coloring (water, propylene glycol, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40, and propylparaben (as a preservative)), green food coloring (water, propylene glycol, FD&C Yellow 5, FD&C Blue 1, and propylparaben (as a preservative)), pink food coloring (water, high fructose corn syrup, glycerine, sugar, FD&C Red 3, modified food starch, FD&C yellow5, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (preservatives), carrageenan gum, FD&C Red 40, xanthan gum, citric acid, FD&C blue 1)
Marshmallows all have a best by between 2-4 months from cook date, depending on flavor.
